This double gooseneck is intended for use with waterfed poles. It threads onto waterfed poles with European threads. For the tools, it has European threads on one side and has a standard Plastic tip on the other side. Saves time as you do not have to bring the pole down to change tools. Use the cone side for squeegee, washer or scraper.
