Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns, for the most part, are self-service. You may return the product within 30 days of the original order ship date.
  • Please include a note inside the box if you would like an identical replacement or a refund. 
  • To exchange for a DIFFERENT PRODUCT, please ask for a refund and place a new order. 
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if pre-paid by us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
